This is a full time role as a Research Technician within the Analytical Sciences Department. As a member of the Analytical team, the research technician will conduct analytical experiments, analytical methods and document results for product development. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with lab experience specifically, HPLC, ELISA,  or SDS-PAGE. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of analytical methods, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work independently as well as in a cross functional environment. 



  • Under direct supervision, conducts and analyzes laboratory experiments
  • Accurately and consistently records experimental methods, materials and results in laboratory notebooks
  • Analyzes data, evaluates results, forms conclusions, and makes recommendations for future experiments
  • Ensures accuracy, quality, and timeliness of experimental results
  • Informs supervisor of experiment and project statuses, particularly those with significant findings and results in critical problem areas
  • Ensures efficiency of assigned work by planning appropriately and streamlining recurring tasks
  • Participates in project planning as part of a team, and generates required documents and reports based on those meetings
  • Assumes responsibility for timely completion of tasks, ensuring completion of critical items, and responding appropriately to changing priorities
  • Presents findings or comprehensive project status reviews at internal meetings
  • Prepares summaries, reports, and presentations for internal purposes and as requested
  • Compiles, creates and analyzes reports with metrics and results as required
  • Other duties as assigned or required



  • Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or related scientific fields
  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred but not required; Entry-level candidates will be considered
  • Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
  • Ability to attain and maintain a working knowledge of applicable SOPs
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of analytical techniques such as HPLC, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, spectrophotometry highly desirable
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) required
  • Demonstrated ability and experience as follows:

  • Ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all levels of employees in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with a strong business/technical acumen
  • Digests complex information easily and communicates data back in a logical, effective and actionable manner
  • Easily builds relationships and works collaboratively with cross functional team members; external vendors; and customers alike
  • Effectively multi-tasks in order to meet deadlines and commitments
  • Other skills and abilities as required

Supplemental Experience (Strong Plus)

  • Experience in a biosimilars/drug development/pharma/scientific-related company
  • Experience working in a start-up or fast-growing company highly preferred
